What is Belight™?
Belight™ is a natural ingredient used to enhance skin complexion and tackle issues like uneven pigmentation. It's made from 65% grape extract and 35% licorice extract, and it's specially formulated in France.(French Patent: #FR3114497)
How Does Belight™ Work?
- Brightening Skin: By taking Belight™ regularly, it can help your skin look healthier and more radiant.
- Reducing hyperpigmentation: It works by controlling the production of melanin, the pigment that gives your skin its color.
Why Does Skin Get Darker or Dull?
This occurs due to excessive melanin production.
While a certain amount of melanin protects the skin, overproduction caused by factors like UV exposure, aging, and hormonal imbalances can uneven the skin complexion and lead to hyperpigmentation such as melasma and age spots. Therefore, inhibiting excessive melanin production is crucial for achieving brighter skin.
How Belight™ Helps:
- Inhibiting Melanin: The key to brighter skin is reducing melanin production, which starts when the enzyme tyrosinase converts tyrosine into a substance that leads to melanin. Belight™ aims to inhibit this process, helping to prevent skin from getting hyperpigmented or dull
The essence of melanin production inhibition lies in suppressing the melanin-producing enzyme, tyrosinase.

What Does Belight™ Do?
Belight™ helps brighten the skin by inhibiting tyrosinase, an enzyme that plays a key role in the production of melanin.
Why Are Grapes and Licorice Important?
- Grapes: They contain ε-Viniferin, which has strong antioxidant properties that help inhibit tyrosinase.
- Licorice: This plant helps remove active oxygen (which can trigger melanin production) and also helps slow down tyrosinase activity.
Why Not Just Eat Grapes and Licorice?
Belight™ isn’t just a mix of grape and licorice extracts; it’s a specially formulated blend with a patented ratio that significantly enhances the inhibition of tyrosinase—much more effectively than eating grapes and licorice separately. In tests, Belight™ has shown an 84.9% rate of tyrosinase inhibition.
- Tyrosinase inhibition rate validated with French patent registration (#FR3114497)

How much Belight™ should be consumed for effectiveness?
For brighter skin, it is recommended to consistently take 300mg of Belight™ for more than 2 months.
(Efficacy validated under dermatological control Source: Activ’Inside)
This is based on clinical trials in SCI-grade papers of Belight™.
A double-blind test was conducted on 100 subjects aged 45-65 with concerns about skin pigmentation who took 300mg of Belight™ randomly for 12 weeks.
The study showed an improvement in skin tone uniformity and a reduction in pigmentation such as melasma and freckles.
- 30% improvement in skin complexion
- 40% improvement in UV-induced pigmentation
- 30% improvement in aging-induced pigmentation

How does Belight™ differ from Glutathione?
Belight™ and glutathione differ significantly in their effectiveness in inhibiting tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for melanin production. Glutathione shows a 64% inhibition rate, whereas Belight™, with an impressive 85% rate, demonstrates approximately a 33% higher efficiency, making it a more potent option for those seeking to manage melanin production.

How does Belight™ differ from Glutathione?
Belight™ and glutathione differ in their ability to inhibit tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for melanin production.
While glutathione inhibits tyrosinase by 64%, Belight™ achieves a higher inhibition rate of 85%, according to a study by Nagapan et al., 2019, in Oral supplementation of L-glutathione prevents ultraviolet B-induced melanogenesis and oxidative stress in BALB/c mice, Experimental Animals, Activ’Inside.
This means that Belight™'s inhibition rate is approximately 33% higher than that of glutathione.
Are there any precautions to take when consuming Belight™?
Since Belight™ is derived from grape and licorice extracts, it does not have a recommended daily limit and typically does not cause side effects. However, due to its 65% grape content, excessive intake could lead to diarrhea. It is also advisable for individuals with grape allergies to consult a doctor before use.
Are there ingredients that work well with Belight™?
For bright and clear skin, it is crucial not only to inhibit melanin production with Belight™ but also to prevent the movement of already-produced melanin to the skin's surface cells, which can cause pigmentation.
Niacin (Vitamin B3) is an effective component that inhibits the movement of melanin to the skin's surface cells.

Furthermore, normalizing the skin's regeneration cycle to prevent melanin from remaining in the skin cells for too long is also crucial in preventing pigmentation. Ingredients that help normalize the skin's regeneration cycle include Vitamin C and Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5). These components not only support the natural turnover of skin cells but also enhance overall skin health, contributing to a brighter and more even complexion.

Taking Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C alongside Belight™ can prevent melanin production and movement, as well as pigmentation, leading to brighter and more transparent skin!
