We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100. No need to worry—free shipping will be automatically applied to your order if it meets the $100 threshold before taxes and after discounts.

If you need your shipment by a specific date, we recommend choosing our Standard 3 to 4 business day shipping option (if available). Please note that this option includes a handling time of 3 to 4 business days. Keep in mind that all shipping options also require a processing time of 3 to 4 business days.

Most orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days. From there, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping option and destination:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days
- Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days

If an item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@ownist.kr within 7 days of receiving the product with "DAMAGED" in the subject line. We'll ship you a replacement as soon as possible!
